We haven't found a specific hotkey cheat to add money to your character without using a mod to give you access to the developer console (again, see the 'console commands and codes' section below), but you can load up on expensive items and sell them to vendors to make yourself rich quick. Click Done when you've got everything you want. Just click the arrow next to any item you want and it'll be moved into your inventory. With Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord cheats enabled, simply opening your inventory will display a list of every item in the game on the left side of the screen.
It sounds unlikely but the folks at cheery RPS fanzine PC Gamer had a play and said it worked surprisingly well considering they were playing on a Russian server across the Atlantic.
